I also have a Quenya question, to all out there who are better than I am in the language:
Would Frodo Lives be something like Maura na cuina?

"Maura" is genuine Westron, not Quenya. I think Ñolo might actually be the Quenya equivalent of "Frodo" (or "Maura"), I'm not sure. But usually the names of people who didn't speak the language were left unaltered, according to Tolkien. So "Frodo" (or "Maura" if that is what you want to use, but it makes more sense to me to use the translation "Frodo") would stay as "Frodo" in the quote.
