that is so awful to use clones for harvesting organs and stuff, like just because there already is someone with the same genes, they can mutilate the clone to whatever to their benefit. Why don't they just do that to twins? Or do they consider that cruel? So how is it different for a lab clone?

I agree that it would be terrible to mutilate clones to harvest their organs, but creating a whole, living clone is unnecessary. It will be possible to clone specific organs only, so that you don't have to give birth to a clone and kill it to get the organs you need.

that's weird... cloning organs seperately.... what would they grow in? a pickle jar?

Technology to grow organs in 'jars' already exists and is being developed further. It wouldn't be any different to grow a cloned organ than a natural organ.
So in the future it would be possible to clone and grow hearts too.
