Fakes and Mickey Mouse aside, I've been acquainted with some of those doing the investigating and there are those that cannot be explained.

In the mid-'90s it all came out about these two guys and their crop cirlces, then all of a sudden they were everywhere. Smiley faces in fileds, great big phalluses, the whole shebang. Then after a few years people seemed to get bored with it and you don't hear much any more. If you expect me to believe that there is as little as one unexplained crop circle then proof of some sort is needed. I don't think the aliens came back three weeks later and added hair, specs and ears to one crop smiley I can think of.

Equally amusing, a few months before it all came out Led Zeppelin released a boxed set of their back catalogue with a picture on the front of a zeppelin shadow over a field with crop cirlces. Very myseterious... for about three months.
