Kind of like Americans.

I like it that their so cheerful. Their always completly happy with what they have <unless the're Sackville-Bagginses> They can spend their whole life at the pub or at a feast laughing, being happy, making jokes with friends, and making merry. I also like their odd customs, giving gifts instead of recieving on their birthdays, drinking to the health of someone then draining their mugs, living in holes, having about 10 square meals a day, ect.
I like Hobbits alot but I must say Elves are by far my favourite.

Sorry I did 2 posts that say the same thing and are on the same subject again. won't happen again

No problem. I'll delete the other one.

Gollum

i think the best thing about hobbits is that though they are considered unimportant by all the "big people" they were the only one with the spirit or strength enough to carry the ring for a long period of time. even though frodo eventually was affected by it in the end, he held out longer than any man or elf could have. that shows that size doesnt matter. and i quote the replacements (approx.) you gotta have heart.
