Unfinished Storys

I have just read Michael Martinez article about Tolkiens interest in the History of Gondor and Arnor during the Second Age. It is without doubt an very interesting article with many good points made in it, even when I can't really think Tolkien would have published any think even had he lived a further 20 years.
But reading about unfinished story's Tolkien started with, I would like to know which of all these unfinished story would any of you mostly whish to have been finished?

On my list there are three of them in the highest rank and I can't decide between them:
Tal-Elmar
The New Shadow
Hurin's Wanderings

Thanks in advance for any responds!
Respectfully

I'm not familar with Tar-elmar

The new shadows seems like it may be elf-less

so I would chose Hurin. The greatest mortal warrior in ME

About Eowyn,
Does anyone know what her alias Dernhelm means?

She was kown as dernhelm because of her exclaimation when she realized that the rider's headgear was heavy and obscured her sight.

'Dern Helm"

Tal-Elmar is a story taking place in the Second Age in Middle-earth. The main character is a Man of Númenorean/Easterling lineage, though he doesn't know it, but he lives among and is raised by a different people. I find it the least interesting of the three offered here.

I would love to see more of the Fourth Age, I would love to read the sequel to the Lord of the Rings.

But The Wanderings of Húrin is far more important. The story would have led into the Fall of Doriath and then we would have had a better Silmarillion. And the story was very good in any case, so I'm with you afro-elf.
