I know this has probably been asked before on this message board, but I am wondering what race Gandalf is.
I would also like some information on his race ... just a link on where to find info would be good. Thanks a lot! |

It is an amazing site, but keep in mind some of it, particularly some of the work done on the Elder Days, is not correct. The author or authors hasn't read some of the key books needed. (Mainly The War of the Jewels, Morgoth's Ring and The Peoples of Middle-earth, which are books published by Christopher Tolkien in a 14-book study of his father's writings, called The History of Middle-earth).
