Gollum Quenya translation

For anyone who thinks they know their Quenya well; I could find no decent translation for this, though I am only an amateur. Please help if you can.
"Thou art Goddess"
or even...
"You are goddess"
would be fine.
Thanks,
Shan
P.S. I hate to bug Helge about something so silly, so please don't refer me to him. I know he's like the authority on all things Quenya, but I go to him only as a last resort.
