Shape

Most people have probably asked this question and got the answer but:
Both Sugababes and Craig David have the same melody in their new songs. AND in Craig's new song he even says "That's not the shape of my heart" in part of it. WHY???????

Because both negotiated lucrative deals with Sting & paid good money for it, besides the songs are different & the melody is used in different ways (I prefer the Sugababes song)
