Lipoma tumors?
Hey, does anybody know about lipomas? I think I might have one, I was just wondering if anybody has experience with these stupid little tumors...

I'm not exactly sure what a lipoma tumor is. But if it's what i think I might be able to help or whatever.

Ummm, yes they are disgusting, especially if they are... active. If they are contained they can sit for years. I had one removed years ago. It was fairly simple for me, but I guess that would depend where it was located.

lol well my fascination with the disgusting has led an interest in LIpoma tumors. I've had this weird little hard lump ball thingy under my skin on the side of my face, right by my earlobe, for a few months... not noticeable, visually... Didn't pay attention to it until yesterday when I really took notice of it. It sounds dumb like it could be my jawbone or something but it isn't. It's only been there a few months, and it is NOT my jawbone cuz... ich, if you felt it you could tell. It's so nasty. I just sit there and poke it and I'm just like "wow... I have a tumor thingy..." someone mentioned it might be a lipoma and it does sound like it. I have to go get it checked out soon. But do 14 year olds get lipomas? I was reading on them yesterday and it seems mostly middle-aged people get them... not 14 year olds. Oh well. It is definately something.

Mine was right under my earlobe as well. I was a teen at the time: a litlle older than 14.

weeeee... I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for 3 hours, for my whatever-it-is. I hate going to the doctor and getting a physical and stuff. first of all, b/c i don't want to know how much I weigh (I cringe lol), second of all, they make you wear those dumb little thingies and poke/prod you like you're some kind of alien lifeform, while you just sit there like an idiot.
Luckily I'm just a kid tho, and don't have to get lots of other junk done
