Whats the official Middle-Earth sport???

I have been wondering, ME is such a huge place! There are people living there, literally four main races.

But do they play any sport? Have they but not discovered the art of sporting yet?

Can someone help me here, is there a sport that these dwellers of ME play and that i am not aware of it?

Not sure what kind of sports they would have, maybe archery and fencing.

In UT, talking about Galadriel, it says that she was a match for both the lore masters and athletes among the Noldor. The use of the word "athlete" would certianly indicate that they did engage in some type of competitive sports

~Frodo's parents drowned while out on the river, Gollum had a little boat, and he also swam.
~Horseback riding was very popular among the rohirrim, obviously, and they certainly appreciated it for more than war.

A galley race up the Anduin to Osgiliath, maybe? The King's Cup: a sailing race from Tharbad to Pelargir.
