How much sleep do you get?

On school days, I usually average 6 hours. On days off, such as weekends and school breaks (when I don't need to do anything the next day), I usually get 8-10 hours.

In vacation: I go to bed at 02.00 and wake up at about 12.00.
School days: I go to bed at 22.00 and wake up (with a little help from my radio-alarm) at 07.00 or 07.30.
You do the math, I hate it.

5-6 hours -- no matter weekend or workday -- and if I'm on vacation somewhere, then I usually get around 4 hours -- weird, I know, but there always seems to be too much to see and do and not enough time to do it!

Friday nights & when I'm off from school (like now): 9-10 hours
Saturday nights: 8-8 1/2 hours
School nights: 8 hours

Not as bad as I thought actually, considering I'm always dead tired during 1st period every day!

For years I've got by on 1-4 hours of sleep p/day (usually a nap in late afternoon).

This last couple of weeks have been chaos tho'.......somedays slept 15+hrs.......or none at all

Although over the last what...week I've been skegged out. Puking and all, so I've been sleeping all day. Feel better today though.

As much as I can get! Well it depends really, on wheather or not I have something important to do the next day. I can, and have, woken up an hour or two earlier to finish off homework that I had "forgotten".
On weekdays I go to sleep about 10:30pm and wake up at 7:00am
On weekends it is usually 11pm and wake up at 9am
In summer it is earlier and later in winter.
