Why do People decide to give Everything away inthe Commercials?

You know what makes me mad about good movies? The commercials give away half of it! As for example, my da wanted to see Treebeard when he watched the movie, and you know when he saw him first? In a**** commercial. Oh, and Peter Jackson did a great job on bringing up a good Treebeard.

I just never saw any of the movie in a commercial that's all. I did see movie previews, which gives a little bit away.

I saw commercials, yes, Treebeard too. What I hate are those previews at the movie! I have averaged one movie a decade for the past two decades! (This newest decade is a wonderful exception) There aren't many movies so exciting that I can't wait for DVD/VCR release. At TTT they played five annoying previews for sucky movies. The worst part was Gandalf was in one!!!

My precious Gandalf was talking to Captain Piccard...BLEA!!! Sort of ruined the thrill of seeing Gandalf again. I hate previews!

What really got my goat was that they showed Gandalf the White in the previews. That would completely spoil the wonder of seeing Gandalf alive again for any who haven't read the books.

I'd have to agree there, Lizra. I see about two movies a year, and when I see one, I'm reminded of why I don't see movies more often. The previews drive me nuts! I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but that Jim Carrey movie about Jim becoming God was completely Blasphemous.

There were only two previews at the theater I went to. One for the Dumb and Dumber Prequel, and Final Destination 2. (that one looked good
