I actually like Pippin but he is more serious in TTT so I would have to say Gimli

i can actually compare to Gimli (ie. we both hate cross country

) but i agree with you Blackboar, i do like Pippin aswell but he WAS more serious in the second movie.

I agree with you all. Gimili is very very funny, especially when he asks Aragorn to toss him...lol... I thought Pippinwas definetly the funniest charecter in the fotr. I am glad they made him more serious. I can't wait untill rotk when Pippin and Merry will both have stronger charecters and be in the movie a lot more. I hope they don't cut out Merry and Pippin's part in rotk!

You know, Gimli was very poorly portrayed in the movies...PJ made Gimli a Dungeon&Dragon dwarf, rather than a Longbeard of Durin's Folk.

Hmm...Gollum is to pitiable and wretched to be funny, to me. Gimli is completely off-base, though still funny. But I think Pippin is the funniest.

Gimli defiently had the funniest lines, but I think that Gollum had the funniest part in the movie, when he's singing his little song the Forbidden Pool. I almost feel out of my movie seat laughing!
