Is the glass half empty or half full?

For me, the glass is half full of emptiness.

Look at the signature! Yes...I'm very much an optimist. I think everything in life has a potential to be okay in the end...I look at life as this big puzzle I have to solve...but if I don't solve it, the picture will still be pretty cool!

I tend to describe myself as a cynical optimist - a contradiction in terms.

Some interesting responses I've gotten on the half empty/half full question:

"The glass is empty, because I drank all the chai" (from one of my chai-addicted friends)

"The glass is twice as tall as it needs to be" (from a humorist friend of mine)

"The glass is half empty and leaking" (from someone who is adamant about the fact that Frodo is Dead. He says "Frodo is dead! He's dead! He's buried six feet under and they built a high-rise over him! The sewage pipe empties into his grave! D-E-A-D!")
