The audition scripts are online excerpts of the LOTR script that may be used in the finished movie.

They had to remove them (I had time to save them first and have now read them)

I liked most of the scripts, but not all, like the Aragorn and Arwen battle part. It is easy to see the difference between Tolkien's writing and the other stuff.

I read part of one of them. It didn't look too good, IMO. But, then again, neither were the casting scripts to Star Wars(the film of Carrie Fisher, Mark Hammil and Harrison Ford auditioning is a scary sight, nothing fits the final story except the name Alderaan).

Alright, everyone's read this by now, and I don't want to risk complaints or anything, so I'll delete this portion of the script.

I don't like Sam calling Frodo "Frodo" all the time... he should call him master or something like that...

yep, Master or Mr. Frodo are his most used forms

It is not okay to repost these scripts. People are risking complaints from Three Foot Six or New Line Cinema by posting this material on their Web sites.

Ringbearer MIGHT be able to get way with reposting on of the scripts, but I doubt so. "Fair use" under US copyright law allows republication of some materials for the purpose of reporting news but this is a discussion forum, not a news service.
