ER/Third Watch integration

well ER is a very good successful show and has been on for a long time and ive heard that third watch is very good and this week it looks as though a few of the characters and storylines may be going back and forth between each show, personally i think its pretty cool and will help ratings for both shows. opinions?

ER is quite cool. i try and catch it sumtimes. whats this about the third watch? is it like a follow on or something?

Third Watch is a seperate show about Police, Firefighters and Ambulance/Paramedics.

thank you finrod! is it like casualty/holby city in the uk, where lots of the characters are the same? (or used to be in casualty's case!)

I don't know but I don't think ER and Third watch could do that, Third watch is in New York city but I think ER is in Chicago or some city other that Thrid Watch.

By the way on ER, DR. GREENE DIED!
