Woops...took too long to reply...yes it is Yet Another Tengwar Tool. I finally got it to work...finally. It's a pain in the you-know-who...so don't anyone get to curious...it's just a slacker way to get elvish writing...sindairin, quenya, black speech...I know, I know, I should learn elvish the hrad way, like all the others, and not deface the name of Tolkien with such simplistic measures...but I really wanted to get this tatoo...and stuff...so i am just starting to design it...oh nevermind.
