LOL. Good advice.

I'm surprised God changed format, though. Stone tablets are so durable...and most of the folk who might benefit from this around here might need to save them a while.

Thanks, hector.

Cute.

Can we demand that our wives do this for us as well:

Quote:
8. Thou shalt give her time to chill. O man, that likest to sit back, relax and scratch thyself, guesseth what? So doth the woman. Therefore, relieve her of her duties and provide unto her the opportunity to do whatever the heck she wanteth to do. Thou diggest?

I don't think so. The alternate Leviticus says, "And there are many tasks to accomplish, and therefore thou, the good wife, must pounceth on thy spouse at the moment of his arrival to give him the honey-do list. For sloth is repugnant to the Lord."

Very cute - some good advice with humor. Is there a wife list somewhere? I'd like to take a look and see if I need a tune-up!

But don't you know that one of the commandments for women is to give their men a hard time?

I'm not sure there is one for women (yet), Rian. That was a column by someone who figured he'd better keep to the straight and narrow.

Here are two questions every woman should have to answer:

1) How often do you ask your husband to do something for you every week?

2) How often does your husband ask you to do something for him every week?

My husband actually asks me for a honey-do list. Not that he's perfect or anything (who is?), but he really enjoys helping other people, and doing projects for others is relaxing and fulfilling for him.

Now I, OTOH, am rather selfish and need to make HIS requests more of a priority in my day *realizes she's been on the computer rather long... * But I make him happy in other ways ...
