A Seattle Mooter Convention
If you are a mooter in the Seattle area, or would just like to spend some time up here, now is the time to start planning.
I propose the first weekend in July (July 1st and 2nd) for this blessed event. I don't know really where we can all gather for cheap (or, dare I say it, free) since most outdoor places are in constant threat of rain, and most indoor places are rather too expensive or, unfortunatly, too public. Maybe a few of my Seattle compatriots could come up with an idea. Needless to say, the convention will not cost, and us Seattle mooters will put up as many conventioners as possible. |

Sounds great, as I said in the Cafe. But, again, I'm in southern California, and since I can't move in relative speeds, I can't attend.

What's the first sunday (or sat) in july?
we could do it somewhere public... (so we don't have to rent anywhere)

TB, if you could get up here you could stay at my house.
really. We have two extra beds and a futon. just stop whining. July 1 and 2. Or maybe just one day. Whatever. Possibly we could convene at Seattle Center. Large, popular, and MY turf. |

And good for picnicking, because there isn't nearly as much danger of rain during july and if it does we can always descend upon a cafe or something. There aren't so many of us that gathering in public would be out of the question.

Sounds like a good idea. I hope you guys can pull if off. At times like these I wish transporters existed.

You'll be there in spirit. We'll overdose on chocolate and think of you.
Solstice at Gasworks sounds fun, I have yet to make it to one of those gatherings, this'll give me double incentive. Count, Sane, will you two be in town June 21st? When's Eliza coming back though? She tends to come later in the summer, and it wouldn't be the same without her...

Well, we must pounce the doofus by telephone, only I think Katt has a better ability to do this than I do. I might be, I honestly dont know what is going to happen this summer.

I didn't realize that there were so many mooters in that area of the United States.
