And if you are refering to Johnny Lurker, he does think this places stinks, but we let him stay anyhow.

It's been a while since someone's been able to read my mind, and frankly, I'm a bit shocked.

Given that I've failed to establish any sort of... esteem... here, the effect of any sort of ban would be nearly nil - the board's user count might rise, but I'd still end up posting whenever I was so inclined.

(And before anyone gives me a speech about IP-based bans, I'm very well aware of both their ability, and their unenforcibility due to a major security hole in a popular proxy server...)

I guess it's because I've realized that I don't have the motivation to get involved with any of the hot-topic debates any more, but still am somewhat interested in... provoking discussion? Stirring up controversy? I dunno.

I haven't done anything of note here recently, or learned anything of note for that matter.

(Plus, I *am* sort of curious as to exactly which words are filtered out... hehe... "the")
