I know this was posted about 8 pages ago or whatever ... but is it just a weird coincindence that the Moria Balrog was going thru the 25% of its life when it didnt have wings when Gandalf came along, pushed him down an abyss and shoved him off a mountain?

I havent read all of the Sil - bear with me.
Is it also coincidence that another big Balrog was going thru his 25% of life without wings when that Elf (Fingolfin?) shoved him off a mountain?

Incase u havent already noticed, im anti-wing.

It would use a whaxe.

Or an ape.

Seriously, I assume such a creature would replace its sword with an axe, but keep the whip...

Since the dwarf-balrog is such a foul looking creature, I hardly think it needs an ape to throw around. Should just take up handing out candy on halloween.
