One *true* fact? That's being optimistic!! More like, lets take the Laws of thermodynamics, in particular, the second one, and present it into the arguments in a completely nonsensical fashion (which we don't understand), whilst erstwhile in fact meaning to use information entropy, which is completely different from entropy mentioned in the second law of thermodynamics. And then patronising you, by praying for you. Ergh.
