Walking around the city was cool - but I liked the swamp tour the best. I had just gone down there for a weekend because a friend of mine from Indiana had moved down to Arkansas. I met her in Arkansas and then drove through Mississippi down to New Orleans. We stayed at the Inn on Bourbon, which is right in the heart of the French Quarter and only 3 blocks from the Mississippi River. Our Balcony overlooked Bourbon Street - so it was cool just to sit and watch all the drunks walking by at 2:00 in the morning. By the way - the strip clubs leave their doors wide open.

That sounds about right. I have been there 9 times, including 3 Mardi Gras' and 4 Jazz Fests. Haven't been there in years though...bit burned out.

Oh, and we invented Bungy Jumping, courtesy of AJ Hackett, that nut. And THEN, as if that wasn't enough, the crazy b4stard proceeded to set a guiness world record by leaping off the Sky Tower...

I like the winter too. Though it's not so cold in here... and not so rainy... and defenately not cold... it's nice. I like the winter. I like little rains. I like snow, but I saw it just once in my life.
