I jsut started Ocarina again too! (I've beaten it I don't know how many times but I still love it!)

Majora's Mask does just kinda grow on you. I want to start playing it again but I haev the collector's edition for Game Cube and it tend to freeze up on you. also I HATE the fact that ever time you want to save you have to start at the beginning of the 3 days! that really is crappy especially when the game freezes up and you can't save that often! I dont' think it's up to my Ocarina and WindWaker status though but that's just b/c when Ocarina came out no one had ever seen anything quite like it before. and Windwaker had such a good storyline and great music! I jsut finished buring a great Zelda CD with alot of that music on it.

I agree with Sam. I'm playing Majora's Mask now for the GC and like Arien said, it freezes a lot. That and the three day thing just sucks. It's just not Link's style, you know? Zelda was one of the first 'free range' games that really worked. I'd get bored and just run around doing different things. That's why Wind Waker is my favorite. (Yeah, I know I said the original was my fav but I changed my mind. ) You get tired of doing the story line, you cruise around on your boat and go treasure hunting. Fun stuff. The same with OOT. Get bored, cruise around on your horse catching ghost. With MM you have to do the same crap over just to do one thing.

Anywho, I'm still pumped about Twilight Princess.

i know! I don't have a wii yet either (and I probably won't get one unless they make another Zelda game and it is only on the wii and not gamecube) I'm hoping that someone gets me it for Christmas.

I've never played the Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask to any great extent, but let me agree that Windwaker is an absolutely awesome game. As Faramir COG said, it's the free range stuff that makes it special. Seriously, how many games make free range such a fun thing?

But OoT and MM have "free range" as well. They have various "mini-games" and side quests.

Twilight Princess is a great game. And the Wii control scheme is just brilliant. The other day my friend and I were discussing something that required me to play some OoT to answer a question, and I found myself wanting to swing around the 64 controller.

Actually, I've found that the wii controls feel 'tacked on'. ::shrug:: The game feels like it was written for the game cube rather than the wii. In any case, slowly starting to grow on me. Wind waker was an easier sell for me, I think. Not entirely sure why, yet.

What I think is awesome is that you can download Nintendo64 games from the interenet for one dollar...

I can't wait to play Mario64 again! That was honestly one of the best games I've ever played. Talk about fun! I even like it a tad more than Mario Sunshine.
