Normally I just have cereal. But if I have a bit more time, I make beans on toast - not because it takes longer to make, but because it takes longer to recover from after eating

I used eat anything for breakfast. Pizza, ceral with soymilk, eggs/bacon, bagels, salad, soup, leftover chinese food. I was the one who got up early and made my own breakfast. But recently...(thanks to my bad sleeping habits) I haven't even been eating breakfast.

For me, the most important thing that I have for breakfast is coffee. If I have nothing else, I must have that coffee, or watch out! Somedays, I eat nothing at all for breakfast. Other days, I'll go light with a couple of slices of toast. And if I'm really in the mood for breakfast, I will cook, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, hashbrowns, and have a big glass of orange juice. Oh yeah, and, COFFEE!

I should have been more accurate
....I usually don't eat anything "at home" cause I'm usually running late. When I get to work, I have a granola bar and tea or maybe some yogurt. |

well i just usually eat cereal but since little ceasers is having a medium pizza for five bucks i just by one of those and have the leftrovers for breakfast

the best thing to make for breakfast is assorted fruits. I eat oranges, bananas, etc.
Also, smoothies of fruit products are very healthy. Now, Brunch is a different menu... Thats when you get to the good foods. |

I usually eat fruit, cereal, waffles, eggs, or grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast. A good way to start off the day.

What do I eat, or what do I like to eat?
I like the full breakfast (eggs, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, OJ, coffee) I usually have a piece of toast and a cup of coffee (if I'm running late, its reheated from yesterday *ew*), and, as I'm running out the door, an apple. Khamul: When I was in Texas this summer, I tried grits for the first time, and enjoyed them more than I thought I would. I like them with pepper. |

Yes i agree, breakfast really is the most important part of the day. I personally enjoy 2 eggs,toast,cream of wheat, and herb tea.
