Hehe my excercize routine consists of typing on the computer, drawing, painting, harp, piano... atleast my fingers would be in shape! The rest of me is a blob though. Im like, 109 lbs... but yeah... I have been trying to do 100 situps a day (like that will do anything lol) and I have been fasting and eating better lately. woopie.

i hate gyms... went to the gym for a couple of years as a school thing... but my friend got a benchpress for chrissie so i been down there... its a good system coz i spot him then he does me and it cuts out filthy gym folk...
im not gunna change my diet for anything i think it is good enough as is... starting up boxing with some mates soon...
mine is more the fact that i think there will be a bit more violence round the place this year and the Barnard st mob must be ready and i have been watching the trailer to Gangs of NY and that is getting me psyched...

Chutney cutlery?

I'm lost....Cutlery! Cutlery! I put mine in the silverware drawer.....So, should I put my measurements? Nah!.......To much temptation to fib. I've had this really nice"Strecthing for Energy" video (for 15 years ) maybe I should do it? ackk! Shoveling snow is pretty solid exercise, SSSTTTRRREEECCCHHHIIINNNGGGG....Sounds good, Ok I'll watch the video, that's a start! (Mrs Balls....don't think I want to know her! ! )


OK.....I changed my mind, what the heck! .....39, 31, 38, ....looks better than it sounds, I swear! I might add that I'm tall. Anyway, I could exercise for 2 months, and those figures would hardly change (since I'm not overweight, I'm not a bag of bones like a runway model, but that is sick!) Just think, all that torture for a few half inches. Ewwwww! I think I'll watch the strecthing, call the chiroprator....here I come!

I am too younge to go to the gym (have to be 15 and I'm only 12). But I don't have to lose weight or any thing so I'm not heart broken. I would use the gym to train for cross country and track. I have to train for cross-country in summer and during spring/winter I need to train for track and relay.

* Starts muttering,"our school can win. our school must win...."*

havent been to the gym since thursday..but every night i do 250 situps, with 25 pushups in between. Anyone know better exersizes to get your stomach muscles and arm muscles in shape? i really need to work on those 2 for gymnastics

punch with weights... umm well your routine sounds pretty good to me.. i get to about 50 situps then have a coffee then do another 50 and then i go back to bumming round.

i know that no one is gonna care..but i wanna just do it...so here is my workout record for yesterday and today:

monday:
25 minutes on the cross trainer
7 minutes working flexability
250 crunches
25 pushups

tuesday:
since i cant drive to the gym, and my mom isnt home..i cant exersize is to go on the treadmill and i HATE running...but
i have an hour of gymnastics
and then 250 situps
and 25 pushups

YAY~!
