Vanyar - Indis (or Yindis?) wife of Finarfin. Her father- Ingwe(or Yingwe?) the leader of the Vanyar.

Indis is the niece (earlier, the sister) of Ingwe and is the 2nd wife of Finwe, and the mother of NoloFinwe (Fingolfin) and AraFinwe (Finarfin). Arafinwe wife (nother of Finrod, Anrod, Aegnor, and Artanis {Galadriel}) is the daughter of Olwe of the Falmari (a divison of the Teleri, and divison of the Lindar). Turgons wife was a Vanya. Galadriels husband and Oredreth's wife were of the Sindar. You see that the Noldorin royalty were very much mixed parentage.
The population of Lorian at the time of the LoTR is very much mixed with substantial Nolorin and Sindarin elements mixed into the originally Nadorian population.
Mirkwood is predominately Nadorian population with some Sindarin in the Royalty and upper class.
