Is Tree And Leaf a botanic guide to Arda?

Uh I haven't read it but it is unconected to Middle Earth, along with Farm Giles of Ham and other such work.

I think it's the title of a book containing a lecture about Fairy Stories and Leaf by Niggle, which is a story about an artist painting a tree (or something like that).
