A question

OK, yesterday afternoon, I was on the Moot, and I clicked on a link, and all of a sudden it was like IE was choking on the page. I thought it might be the comp so I got on our other one and the same thing happened! I tried again last night after church and it was fine. So what I want to know is, did this happen 2 neone else or is it just my ISP?

This may sound stupid but was it like everything was screwing up? The banner dragging across the screen? Words going all around on the page?
