I've seen a lot of praise for her books while surfing around the 'net.
Am I the only one that thinks they are badly written? I've only read the Lioness Quartet, but it was so ridiculuos.

I haven't read the Lioness Quartet, but I did read the Circle of Magic (I think that's the name) Quartet, and it was pretty boring.
I read and enjoyed the first two books of the Protector of the Small Quartet (despite the annoying, obviously feminist message), but I wasn't too fond of the third book. The mother of the main character started encouraging her daughter to do something I consider immoral, and it was obvious that the author agreed with the mother's advice. I don't plan to finish that quartet. I tried to read "The Circle Opens" quartet, but I couldn't even finish the first book -- it was really boring.
