avatars?

i want to put a pic of boromir as my avatar in my profile but for some reason i cant do it. why?

Hi 'Lady_Boromir' - and welcome to Entmoot! Especially nice to welcome a fellow Illinoisan!

I'm in Chicago, but grew up downstate and went to college of U of I in Champaign/Urbana.

You'll find that there's already a thread about avatars just a little ways down this page. Several folks around here are very helpful with things like that. There's also a section in the FAQ's about avatars. I'm not smart enough to be able to help you myself. Somebody gave me this one.

They like to keep things tidy around here, so this thread will probably get closed, since there's already a number of 'avatar' threads. You might want to look around to see what threads are evident before starting a new thread... you can also do a 'search' for different threads.
