Obviously this anti-social cretin deserves to be in reform school or some kind of boot camp for juvenile delinquents.

I would say that the juvenile justice system should get QUITE involved.

These kind won't learn by any other means and their parents are usually the same type.

Who is pressing disturbing the peace charges? The school?

I guess the milk in the face business means you can't really fight it. If you do community service, is it wiped off your record? If not, I'd pay the fine!

But hey, it could be worst... at least he'll get what he deserve... You could have done something else, but he'd just end up bothering you and the others more and more, untill something like this happens... You suffered, but for a greater good!

I totally sympathize, I had a very similor experiance a few years back. No charges though, cause the kid who was really causing all the trouble had rich parents who were building a stadium for the school.

i really don't think pouring milk on someone (or pushing an elbow out of your area) warrants a $300 fine & criminal charges. but if you get to choose your own community service project, i'd reccomend doing that. some service projects are SO MUCH fun!
