Thoughts

does any 1 else think that the movies compare poorly to the books?
peter jackson has done reletivly well but i think some of the best bits were left out

And why was shelob not in the 2nd film.

Just to make a point. in the film i think i saw Osgialith fully built, but am i not wrong for thinking that it fell 30odd years before in the book

Welcome to Entmoot!
The place to voice your opinions on the movie is in the thread at the top of the forum.
As you browse, you'll see that there are many threads where specific aspects of the film are compared to their respective parts in the book. One you might look at is "The Ring revealed at Osgiliath!" The search feature is also helpful in finding threads on a specific topic of discussion.
