What are some of the mistakes Peter Jackson made?

1. puting Arwen at the ford.
2. Making Elrond to mean

A few things I didn't like:

Faramir
The Ring at Osgiliath
Saruman's hold over King Theoden
Aragorn falling off the cliff

Well since all the others actualy have threads of their own Ill jump on the Theoden thing. Why did you have such a problem with it? I thought it worked pretty well.

Yes I liked theTheoden King changes also, they worked well for the movie.

I thought the orcs were made into "comic book style" hideous monster villians. Too much of a "bad" thing! Because the evil guys were "super steroided", the good guys had to go overboard too!. It took away from the character development and the intellectual battle of good and evil (for me!)
