It gives you Elvish, hobbit, dwarf names..etc.

The Barrowdown ain't very...good. It just throws together some pieces of Elvish or Elven names, and makes a new word.

Not really, I think the best way is to do it yourself.
My name means something like "high-born", the Quenya word for high-born is Aryon. On the Barrowdowns my name is Ringthond.

Try this site. If it haven't got your name, at least there's some instructions on how to make your own.
