![]() I loved the Gollum/Smeagol scenes! It was so sad when you could see at the end, that Gollum had taken control again.

I think they need to add an I'm-Scared-of-Gollum face.

I thought the portrayal of Gollum was done really well. You have to feel sorry for him. You can see how he is tormented. The last time I went to see TTT the audience started laughing at that point. I really don't see the humor in it. I thought it was really sad.

The Smeagol part of Gollum was really sweet and scared and even seemed like he wanted to fit in by helping. But Gollum was the tormentor. He was a big influence on Smeagol. Smeagol depended on him. Gollum was the part of the charactor who took charge. I think Smeagol saw in Frodo someone to take care of him and help him and that is how he found the strength to tell Gollum to "go away and don't come back." Then Frodo betrayed him, or at least he felt that way. Then he let Gollum barged back in.

![]() yeah! I totally agree with you. It was a really good idea but they didn't really have to do it. In a way it probably confused people more and also made it a bit funnier..... atleast that is what is think.

In this place will I abide, and my heirs, unto the ending of the world.' 'Then Tuor arrayed himself in the hauberk, and set the helm upon his head, and he girt himself with the sword; black were sheath and belt with clasps of silver. Thus armed he went forth from Turgon's hall, and stood upon the high terraces of Taras in the red light of the sun. None were there to see him, as he gazed westward, gleaming in silver and gold, and he knew not that in that hour he appeared as one of the Mighty of the West, and fit to be father of the kings of the Kings of Men beyond the Sea, as it was indeed his doom to be; but in the taking of those arms a change came upon Tuor son of Huor, and his heart grew great within him. And as he stepped down from the doors the swans did him reverence, and plucking each a great feather from their wings they proffered them to him, laying their long necks upon the stone before his feet; and he took the seven feathers and set them in the crest of his helm, and straightway the swans arose and flew north in the sunset, and Tuor saw them no more.' -Of Tuor and his Coming to Gondolin "Oh.
