Meat!!!!!

I would like to start a thread about the wonders of meat.

Anything goes -- your favorite kind, how you like it prepared, why you like or don't like it, why you think vegetarians are stupid, or why you are a vegetarian.

I'm not a vegetarian, nor do I think vegetarians are stupid. I just like meat more than I do most veggies.

Every now and then I get a big craving for a medium well steak. I also very much like pot roast and then there's the grilled chicken we make with a lemon and tarragon marinade.

Well I like rare porterhouse steaks, t-bones or rib eyes. I also like barbequed spare ribs. And I just made homemade beef soup.
