BC had a program like that. Our minimum wage is $8/hour, but you could pay an inexperienced youth (someone with less than 100 hours job experience) $6/hour.

It pisses me off then and it pisses me off now. There are enough barriers to youth already without allowing employers to pay them less than minimum wage based solely on experience.

If that's what's going on in France it's only going to add to pissed off young people.
