Scrabble as an income supplement
I won $120 Canadian (about US$80) last weekend playing a Scrabble tournament... placed third in my division at Western Canadian Scrabble Championships.
Not nearly as easy as it might sound, but... If you are the kind of Scrabble player that trounces everybody else in the house, and is in dire need of some serious competition (and perhaps some prize money) I strongly recommend that you start playing competitively. There is a list of registered North American clubs here, and tournament listings here.
