Napster Banned Me!!!

Apperently, it was a "horrible mistake" in the words of RATM guitarrist Tom Morrello. Many people who had any new Rage song on Napster (not everyone, because in the middle they were told to stop banning people) got banned! Including me! Now I have to write a stupid letter to Napster and wait two weeks before I could get back on!

Anyone else having this problem?

I had problems about two weeks ago. I just got a new account.

I got kicked back when for the Metallica deal, even though I never shared any of their files, or downloaded any from their CDs. (Why would I, considering I own them all?) Ticked me off so bad I didn't bother writing thee letter.

what, they auto-banned anyone who shared the new Rage stuff? when Rage specifically asked napster to stop banning people?

I used to use Napster until the wonderful authorities here at my college blocked the website and anything to do with it. Their excuse was that it was using up too much bandwidth. Anyways quit using Napster. There are other programs that are better, less well known and I have not heard of one user being banned yet.
