it was okay, the bad thing about games, is that once a game makes it big, people make it over again and slap some different graphics, and a different name, and market mindless clones, aka Red Alert, was copied by SW:GB

Hey, Galactic Battle grounds ROCKS. Don't be dissing it now .
They're not RTS, but Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy both have very fun multi-player modes. If you don't like FPS style, then I think Knights of the Old Republic is a somewhat RTSish style of game, but I'm not sure about that. |

1.Age of empires had a sequl called "Age of kings" set in mid-evil times this RTS has things Age of empires didn't. 2.There are some LOTR RTSs and they are all difrent. 3.Just about all RTSs have diffrent units -not just graffics- and Age of empires wasn't the first of it's kind. Hope this helps!

There is no need to close this thread just because some one decides it has furfilled its purpose. The board would be absolutely cluttered with closed threads.
And people later may want to add something or revive a threads after quite a while. So we leave them open unless there really is a problem like duplicate threads or overheated discussion. (In my case I also close RPG's when I'm asked and when they're played out.) And I would very much appreciate that people would stop posting in threads if they're only posting that they think it should be closed.
