Any Lupin-lovers out there?
Who here loves Moony? Come on, I know you're there...
I for one thinks he's great. Remus is my favourite character in the books- he's kind and noble, and so mysterious... And he's not at all perfect, which makes him really loveable. Any other Lupinites out there?

I love Lupin. He's such a great and sensitive teacher as well as a nice person, and he's had to suffer a lot through being a werewolf too

Yeah, he's the coolest Defense Against The Dark Arts professor. I think he's in Book 5, there was a rumor that I heard..... Werewolves aren't all bad.

I hope he is in book 5! that would be great! I wish i had a teacher like Lupin! imagine having a werewolf for a teacher! cool! I like Sirius Black too! I thought Black and Lupin were great together!! It was good how Lupin had such close friends through his school days! Right little trouble makers! |

Lupin's the best (except for Draco)!!! That mix of nice guy plus werewolf is just so sympathetic.

Lupin is my favorite character too (along with Sirius and Charlie Weasley..). I think it´s because he has had such a hard life - imagine all the things he´s missing when he´s a werewolf and he can´t let people know about it.
I hope really much that he´d be in the book 5!

Yay! Lupin! He has always been my favorite character. (Hence book 3 is my favorite.) Even though he is a werewolf, he finds ways to get past that fact and live a (semi) normal life. Plus, he isn't bitter. He goes on to be really incredibly nice. And that is why I like Professor Lupin!

*jumps up and down, waving her hand wildly* ME! I love Lupin! A'course, Draco and Snape have their special places in my heart (), but Lupin's just plain uber-shibby.

Really cool. As in really cool. As in, I can't think of any stronger word to describe how cool he is.

"uber-shibby" indeed.
The third book is my favorite--and it wouldn't be, because of the whole time-travel thing (though I admit she set it up well)--but it redeems itself entirely with Lupin and Black. Those are the two people I would most like to meet--and then kidnap and bring back to my school so they could teach.

I have my guesses.
In response to the thread title: Yes! Lupin is my favourite! I've forgotten the reasons that he is, but there were many. |
