Corsairs, Black Numenoreans and Castamirand the Faithful
I think that by the late 3rd Age most of the Corsairs are Haradrim
What are your ideas about the Black Numenoreans and the followers of Castamir. Were the abosrbed into the Haradrim? Formed a select but powerful group within them, maybe subjegated? Do you think that the Some of the Faithful COULD have survived in the South? Maybe ally themselves with Haradrim who valued freedom to much to become slaves of Sauron

Hmmm. Well the grudge was political. Such things are overpowering. The black numenorians probably still compose the corsairs-the mouth of Sauron is one, and I thye may not have assimilated, holding Umbar as an autonomous realm or an independant one. Umbar is not a single kingdom-and Rhun and Khand may not be either. We don't know anything about them, but probably there is a great deal of infighting and the usual about them-unified by obedience to Sauron, but that took some thousand years.
