Trip to Europe
I'm going to Europe today for a week. We're visiting London and Paris. I expect I'll try to check in from Internet Cafes whenever possible .
Tater is back to admin again - but this time we have Inoldonil to put him in line if he tries a stunt again . Hehe. This week also contain's The Tolkien Trail's one-year anniversary; I think Tater has some special things planned . See you in a week! |

Re: Here we go again...
I only spent a day in New York and ended up hating it. I doubt I will ever return.

Re: Trip to Europe
I'm here at an Internet café in Paris - the keyboard is all weird, but it makes it easier to type French with the accents.

Re: Trip to Europe
New York was just too -- noisy and hectic for me.The museums were great, especially the Metropolitan, and so was the food... but there was too many people. I can take Paris, London, Berlin, Los Angeles... but not NY. 6 times more people live in that city than in my whole home country!
Oh, Ben... You just must see the Louvre: Mona Lisa, Milo Venus, you get the idea... |

Re: Trip to Europe
I second that about the Louvre. You must go there if at all possible.
Actually, I don't think I'd like NY either. That must be why I've never made the time to go. I like cities, but NY probably would get to me. |

Re: Trip to Europe
New York is great. There's so much to do there! I don't really find the crowds too much of a problem for me.
