Does anyone here love baseball as much as I do??? I love it! And I'm from Arizona, so I LOVE the Diamndbacks! I have a $40 hat that says world champs or something. Tell me if you like baseball, and what your favorite team is.

I love baseball too! My favorite team is the Mariners. But I like the Diamondbacks for beating the Yankees last year.

I was under the impression that a Yankee was a nickname for an American?

My brother is a traitor he likes the Yankees. I hope the Mariners win this year, or next year, or some year within my lifetime. They always get to the playoffs and then go into a slump. It's so dissapointing, But I keep on hopeing anyway.

Traitor! No! How can any Seattlite like the Yankees? Okay, well, they are good. . .too good. Well, when was it, 1906, when the Cubs won 116 games, they didn't win the world series, but the next year they did, so maybe the Mariners will do the same. . .but let's hope they don't stop winning after that!

The Cardinals are my favorites (yes I live in St. Louis). They are a long distance second to the yankees in World Series wins, and have the "coolest" uniforms in all of Baseball (home uniform, of course) nothing can beat that "Birds on the bat" Logo.

Well, I'm in South Alabama, not Boston, so I will say something optimistic. The Red Sox are my favorite American League Team. I have a slight dislike of the Yankees (nothing in particular - I have stopped caring for the Lakers too) and it's about time for the Bo Sox to step into the spotlight. Being in the South, of course the Atlanta Braves are my favorite NL team, but the Cubs are a close second. Maybe one day I'll get to go to Wrigley Field. Or even better, a Red Sox - Cubs World Series.
Hey, it could happen.

Of course, I should probably be careful about what I say about Boston, too, eh? Naw, I like the Red Sox...and I used to live in Boston

What are your thoughts about the apparently impending baseball strike? Of course you know it's going to happen because my Braves are the best team in baseball and they are a strong World Series contender.

Right...just how ridiculous can this get? Baseball strike? I mean, I admit I don't know all the details, but these guys make so much money...they aren't going to get much sympathy, that's for sure. Anyway.
I take back what I said about the Red Sox; where I work the office is divided between Mariners and Red Sox fans, and things got rather interesting when they were playing each other last week...Of course I was all for the Mariners

Game 7 of the World Series tonight. Should be a good game. I just have one thing to say: Believe in the power of the rally monkey!
