Word Game
I hope this is the right place for this.
These are the rules: there is an English dictionary word (Scrabble rules-- no names, etc.), and on each turn you can change it in one of the following ways, to another English dictionary word: - insert one letter (far --> fear) - remove one letter (fear --> ear) - swap two letters (ear --> era) Clarification: The letters don't have to be next to each other (rout - tour). You can also move a letter to the beginning or end of the word, 'swapping' the letter with an empty space. (brake --> baker). - change one letter to another (era --> err) Let's see how long we can keep it going! Here's the first word: nerve Last edited by Elanor : 11-03-2005 at 11:58 PM. |

You can only swap 2 letters with each other. To get never from nerve you have to swap at least twice. This isn't working, is it.
Why don't we try greet, to start with. |
