A way cool new HP rp board
I don't know how many of you like to RP in the world of Harry Potter, but this new board is in the past. With the Marauders. It's just starting up, but everything is laid out for a perfect RP board, and it is being kept very clean and very realistic. So pop in and have look at it please. I warn you though, it's still rather empty because it is so new. If you do like it though, tell more people. http://kevinbacon88.conforums3.com/index.cgi
Have fun!

Hey...this board is actually pretty good. Well...like Fimbrehtil said, it's still empty. But it will be nice. I'm Gwenaëlle for any of you who do join.

Well I searched for some time for a quality HP board--most of them have plenty of members, but all the RP posts tend to consist of one long paragraph, or two short ones, or some variant of that. What I mean is a post that was written in five minutes and slapped up.
To me, and I understand this is just me, a good RP board is where the posts are anywhere from five on up paragraphs. In general when I write (on a Wheel of Time board), my posts are at LEAST three pages long on WinWord. I'm not trying to get you to change anything though . I understand that some people enjoy the short-post style, but it's just not mine . I wish you the best of luck with it. |

If you want a really good HP board that people take seriously, go to www.acciofirebolt.com. The RPGs are actually not that style, it's a lot more casual- and short- but that's because there is no god-modding whatsoever. Not even making someone nod or something. There is, unfortuantly, a lot of spamming in some places, but some are really nice. I enjoy it muchly. It's a fun site.
I'm not trying to undermine that site at all, mind you. I looked at it, it seemed really nice for something just being set up. I'd join if I wasn't already up to my eyebrows in forums.

You know, I've never done a HP rp, but it looks fun! I signed up as Lily, I was pretty surprised nobody had claimed her yet. Woot. I love the Marauder time setting too. I'm not too picky about RPing, as long as its pretty decent I can have a good time.

That looks like a fun board! I really have to resist the urge to sign up as Severus Snape, because I don't have the time to do the character justice.

Hey, this is a really good board, the people are great, I really enjoy it. They seriously need more people though. Heck, they only have half of the marauders. Anywho, I'd recommend the board though, some of you guys need to come and join so they can get more peoples. The more the merrier!
