Halloween movie marathon

Okay,
All Hallows Eve is creeping up, and everyone I know annually watchs one movie or t.v. show.

What I want to know, is what you usually watch on Halloween, if you aren't out Par-TAYING! *confetti*

Or, what you PLAN on watching.

I PLAN on watching the scariest movie ever made...Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Don't like those Oompa Loompas, eh?

I like to watch old movies that I watched when I was little
"It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown"
"The Legend of Sleepy Hallow."
"Hocus Pocus"

They are fun movies and I don't really care for horror movies.
I probably won't be watching them on Halloween though. I might go Paaaarty!

Who's laughing? Those short singing men are pretty freaky.
And what do you mean Manson will be playing Willy Wonka?

ohhh i thought you were joking about the Oompa Loompas, Manson will hopefully be playing Willy Wonka in Tim Burton's film, it'll be him or Johnny Depp i think.

Oh I've been wondering about that recently. I heard about a creepy Willy Wonka remake three years ago at least. Is that still on? Should be awesome.

I've gotta see Nightmare Before Christmas too. Does anybody know if that's Halloween worthy?

LOL--The Ring wasn't scary.

Not at all. Have you ever SEEN, A Christmas Story? THAT is frightening *thinks on the pink bunny* *shivers*

Pretty much anything directed by Tim Burton is Halloween-worthy in one way or another. Edward Scissorhands and Beetljuice are both very high on my favorite movie list. Closer to Halloween I watch Sleepy Hollow though because it follows one of the traditional Halloween time stories.

Ach,

But it has Johnny Depp in it, who is one of the most turn-coat people you will ever find. Who made him a star? America! Who is a big mean puppy? According to him, America. Yeeesh, if at all possible, I don't watch his movies. Or Micheal Moore (save a whale? Nah), or Roman Polanski (roman for reasons other than political, he's a rapist) movies/interviews/etc. There are several other of the more obnoxious actors.

Some people think I am being too obsessed about it, but I still watch many people with liberal stirrings in them, BECAUSE they aren't obnoxious about it. (IE oppisite of Susan Sarandon.)

Well, that was a tangent, sorry folks!

I agree here, I usually sit down to a nice rambunctious evening of sleeping....after a nice calm day of watching Freddy Crueger.
