I'm on the 2nd chapter right now. I'll have it up on this board as soon as I get to chapter 6.

About how long is each chapter? Remember, you don't want to overwhelm your readers with too much too soon. Better to get them enjoying the story and draw it out- that way you get more comments, too.

Well, the first chapter is about 2 pages. It's that short because it is pretty much telling you who Dorf Shwartz IS and what he has to do. Oh yeah, and I'm writing this on wordpad because programs by microsoft have given me problems.

Um...is this Dorf person short, bearded, and with a love for ale/battle? 'cause in many fantasy games, "dorf" is Black Speech....er, I meant Chat-speak...for dwarf.

Okay, confession time: when I saw "Dorf", my first thought was "Ganondorf".
I play way too much Nintendo.

This Dorf is a dorfian, my own type of creature. He is short, mustached, and fairly hairy. He loves ale, chicken legs and goats milk.

I, and also many other Elendorites, thought of a dwarf immediatly when I saw the word "dorf". Very popular term on Elendor...
