Mine has always been Max Power closely followed by lisa becoming vegetarian
Homer is undoubtedly the greatest cartoon carachter ever

Me too. The Simpsons are fantastic. But the BBC has just axed their 6 o'clock slot in favour of some dire game show. Gi'es ma licence fee back, y'bastads.

Not sure about favourite episode, but there was one on the other night: where Homer gets a trampoline and they all end up "being like the boy". I love the way the plot goes off at mental tangents.

Fave eposides.......

Nearly all the Halloween specials, in particular the skit on Poe's The Raven.

The one where Mr Burns throw a party for his workers. Drunken Marge (brilliant)

Mr Burns: Ah Homer, this must be your boy Brat
Bart: It's Bart
Homer: Don't argue with the man Brat.

The Simpsons is probably one of the best TV shows ever made. They show repeats here all the time, so I have seen every episode about five times. My favorite episode is The Babysitter Bandit. Homer and Marge go out and a babysitter comes to look after Lisa, Bart and Maggie. But they find out she is actually a criminal and so tie her up. Then Homer comes home and unties her, thinking the kids were being naughty. Very funny.

I have too many favourites.

I especially like the ep when they all move out of Springfield, and Homer's new boss is actually an evil mastermind. Oh, and the one where Lisa becomes vegetarian, and the one where Homer wins a grammy and meets George Harrison "Oh my God! The last chocolate something or other!"

Basically anything that has the Beatles in it....

Ooops, I can't believe I forgot the episodes with The Beatles in it! The one with George Harrison is very funny. Homer, Barney, Apu and Skinner form a barbershop quartet. There are so many Beatles references it that episode, you have to be a fan to get them!

My favorite part is where George drives past and sees the group performing at Moe's and says "It's been done."

The one where Lisa becomes a vegetarian has Paul McCartney in it (I suppose because he is a vegetarian). And the one with Ringo Starr, where Marge paints a picture of him and he eventually gets it after many years. I love them all!

hehehe remember the days when smithers was black (sighs remembering the sub-standard episodes that we thought were the best back then)
nah the Lisa becomes a vegetarian one was funnier than the Bsharps. im not a big fan of the halloween episodes except shining take off no beer and no tv makes homer go crazy and the newer ones when marge grew the beard and there was a crazy leprechaun... still Max Power rules them all.

ohh scourpio! that is an amazing episode where homer kills bond! i just love the bond esque style song at the end its something like he will take over the world and he cares about his employees welfare

i love the sex ed episode 9 months later they had 16 babies........(real deep low pan voice) 8 servived

I try to catch the odd Simpsons episode or three every day. Recent series suck.

My favourite episodes are the Radioactive man movie, the Stonecutters and Spinal Tap concert.

My favourite Beatles reference is Lisa's Yellow Submarine dream. "Help Us! Help Us!", Scousers are funny.

My favourite characters are Homer Simpson, Moe Syzlak, Otto Mann and Hans Moleman.

Most hated Characters are Duff-man, Bumblebee Man, Troy Mc Clure, Nelson, Kearny, Dolph, Jimbo and Sideshow Bob.
